BBC Radio 4 Comedian comes to Towcester

Funhouse Comedy Club returns to Towcester Mill Brewery on Thursday 26 October  for another laughter packed night after a complete sell out in September!

Headlining the night will be the charismatic and highly talented Sony Award winner, Tom Wrigglesworth; comedian, radio and TV presenter and voice-over artist who has had two series on BBC Radio 4. An articulate and natural storyteller, he possesses an innate ability to riff with an audience like they’re old friends. His warm and hilarious tales, told with true passion never fail to captivate the crowd.

Support comes from the talented Addy Van Der Borgh, who studied clowning and physical theatre at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. He has acted in a number of voiceovers for radio and television as well as performing all over the world with his assortment of voices and uniquely hilarious material. A genuine intelligent clown; who audiences love.

Completing the line-up is appealing ‘Brummie’ Craig Deeley, who has supported Sarah Millican on tour. He shares his imaginative and amusing perspective on life, mixed with modest self-deprecation.

Compere for the night will be Towcester Mill’s resident MC, Pete Teckman, who has been crowned Silver Stand Up of the Year 2017 at Leicester Comedy festival, an award for comedians over 40 years of age, with his mix of observational humour.

All tickets are priced at £15 (incl booking fee) and can be bought via www.towcestermillbrewery.co.uk. Doors to the upstairs bar open at 7pm, show starts at 8pm.
