Wed 12 June - Morris Dancing

We are delighted to welcome back the Stony Steppers and Northampton Morris Dancers to the Mill for their summer performance!

The Stony Steppers perform high-energy, traditional Step Clog Dances from the British Isles, English Music Hall, and from America and Canada. They appear regularly at Folk Festivals both in Britain and in Europe, and can be seen at many pubs, fetes and fairs around the local area in the summer months.

The Northampton Morris Dancers used to be the Northampton Morris Men but have recently started to welcome women dancers into their side. The side has now been dancing for over seventy years and still performs a variety of Cotswold dances including the more unusual Badby tradition.

Together they will be dancing outside the Mill from around 7.30pm-dusk. No tickets required, just turn up and enjoy!
